   This is the second time I have purchased something from the Uber Eats website and you have changed my product without asking me, or even given me the opportunity to choose another one or cancel!! I am tired of this and I want my refund or the product I ordered!!

   They have literally never have anything but still have audacity to overcharge . I went several days before to buy myself a snack barely any sweets and NO popcorn went SEVERAL DAYS after and nothing has been replenished it’s only the afternoon both in both instances - store doesn’t close till 10 - so there’s just no excuse

   Would give 0 stars if I could. This place has got worse and worse through the years. Never a basket at the entrance. Have to hunt one downhalfway through the shop. Never have any stock. And horrendously over priced. This is my local and I have to drive to another shop. now as the selection is so poor. Avoid even if your desperate!

   Zero stars from me as the lady on the till was more interested in scanning her own shopping than accepting my DPD parcels shame on you but it's funny because i then went to the Theale high st co op who accepted my parcels no problems along with smiles and a professional attitude.

   Great store. Has very good selection of all essentials. Their fresh foods are excellent quality. Very tasty lunch options like sandwiches and pasta salads. Prices are also good, especially given the quality of the products.

   Very expensive, sold out or shelves not replenished with some common items, and overstocked on others. Came out with depleted shopping trolley, annoyed at the things I had wanted but had not been able to obtain. It's very annoying, as shopping post-Covid is unpleasant and worrying for me at the best of times so I ration my visits. I felt I had "wasted" a stressful shopping visit by going there. Next time Tesco or Waitrose, I'm afraid.

   The staff are really friendly and helpful. During lockdown it has been the one grocery shop I have felt safe in. They have been fantastic at limiting numbers and assisting distancing. And since the initial difficulties the shelves have been pretty well stocked. Only thing that stops me giving 5 stars are the self checkouts which can be temperamental...

   Staff are always really friendly, and had amazing service today. An offer didn't come off some biscuits, and it had happened before too. Told the lady cashier and she just gave me my money back for both. Thank you very much!
