   Very shocked went into store a week or two ago and saw two people exchanging appropriate vouchers for products at till. Never witnessed such rudeness from the person serving them and hope I never do again, absolutely disgusting

   I work in the area and for the past month I've visited the store every second day between 8-9 am, and the bakery section is either empty or has only leftovers from previous day. Come on- at this time other bakers have already gone home to sleep, while Asda's bakery still isn't ready. SHAME

   This store just needs more staff on checkouts and shelf filling,then things will improve. Not a clean store either. I asked a checkout operator if she had a small clear meat bags like they used to provide ,no she said but the lady in front has ,then not even ask her to get me one. Where's the customer service these days .Cmon Asda you need to improve and buck up your ideas.You get better service from Lidl and Sainsbury's.

   They have this company called Parking eye. If you park longer, they will take you to court. If you don’t pay hundreds of pounds, your credit score will be impacted for years. Just to take a coffee at ASDA and to buy some food might negatively impact your family life for the next six years, no mortgages, no renting a house,…think twice before buying at Asda.

   Asda Lower Earley isn’t your typical supermarket experience, it’s far better. Set within a striking, glass-fronted building that feels more like a modern department store than a weekly shop, it’s spacious, bright, and genuinely pleasant to walk around. No soulless metal box here, this is a thoughtfully designed space that lifts the mood before you’ve even picked up a basket. Inside, the selection is vast and well-organised, making everything from everyday essentials to specialist ingredients easy to find. Fresh produce is abundant and well-stocked, and there’s a strong variety in world foods, bakery, and chilled ranges. It’s the kind of store where you can do a full weekly shop and still pick up a good-value bottle of fizz on the way out. Prices are reliably competitive, and the customer service stands out, helpful, polite and refreshingly unflustered. You get the sense staff take pride in the store. In short, Asda Lower Earley is a proper gem: easy to navigate, well presented, and a cut above the standard big-box supermarket. Well worth a visit even if it’s just for the sheer joy of a bright, spacious trolley dash.

   I wish Google would let people review negative stars! I bought milk powder online, but I didn't receive it after it was delivered! Instead, I told the driver to return it and applied for a refund for me! I have not received a refund until today! It's been four days and I'm sure I won't receive it on the fifth day tomorrow either! Your processing is really slow! If the owner sees this comment, I hope you can contact me! Please reach me on Google! After all, this is not a small sum! I'm really disappointed with my first purchase! All the products were replaced with those I didn't need. I didn't call to inform, but shipped them directly. I think this is really ridiculous! I want to contact you to solve and deal with it but I can't get in touch! This is very infuriating! I won't give a single star! But I have to give you one star! I avoid you! It will also uninstall your software! Will not buy anything from you! Really scary! Such a bad thing will happen to me ⛈️

   What an absolute shambles in here today!!!! Had to queue for half an hour to get to the cashier with 2 small children, old people in the queue also. Each till was about 7 trolleys deep. It's the first weekend after new year and in my opinion very poorly managed. There was at least 10 unmanned tills and no staff in sight. I would never go back here again what a waste of time standing around with everyone in disbelief about how long we all had to wait. I feel sorry for whoever has to work in these conditions.

   Cancel home delivery order and can’t be bothered to even let you know. Thanks Edit I have contacted customer services who have confirmed they do not contact customers who have their delivery cancelled. This is a great policy and is why you should never rely on Asda delivery’s. This was my first and last time.

   This is a large hypermarket that carry all your groceries needs. Plus, there is a section for apparel & home necessities (sports, electronics, kitchenware, school & office supplies, etc.). I like the fact that it has a small fresh meat (chicken, lamb, beef) and processed halal meats (turkey mortadella , beef salami, burgers) and frozen ready-makde kebabs, doner, samosas, pizza & other foods. I wish there is a separate halal section to meet the need of the large Muslim community in Lower Earley. Do not count much on the service, as staff are least trained & will never answer your queries, also the huge mess moving around large supplies from 9pm is annoying to say the least! But cheers for the little halal supplies, fruits, vegetables & other groceries. Also they usually open late till midnight, which is rare for most shops here.
