Lauren is the best hairdresser I’ve had. She always works with you, giving me exactly what I’m looking for every time and keeping expectations real. She has fitted me in as an emergency last minute appointment after another hairdresser had ruined my hair, fixing it and repairing damage as much as was possible. I leave the salon so happy with my hair every time. I only have good things to say about Lauren and her salon x
I had my first appointment with Lauren last week. Firstly, the salon, it's really lovely, with contemporary styling and is spotlessly clean. Lauren made me feel very welcome and at ease. She listened to what I thought I needed and made helpful suggestions. I'm so pleased with the cut that Lauren did, she was absolutely brilliant. She's totally customer focused , calm and reassuring. Her quality of work is excellent . The blow dry lasted really well even in awful weather! I'm so happy with the service here, I can't recommend her highly enough and will be going back again soon. I'm happy to recommend her to friends and family members.
Lauren is the best. She is always consistent in colouring and styling my hair. She now does my sisters hair too! I would recommend Lauren to anyone.
