Got up early to be there for 8am opening time. 2 others and a child already there. First barber arrives late starts on first customer. Second barber arrives starts second customer. 45 mins later find out child is having cut too. Both taking way too long. Left at 8.55am as I had to be somewhere on time. Frustrated. Won't be going back.

I've been going here for years. The guy that cut my hair is a nice bloke. But..He needs to admit defeat.. He can't blend at all. I brought it to his attention and gave him the benefit of the doubt but it was bad and it got worse. I had to go around the corner to the Turkish hairdresser to get it sorted out. They even did it for free. Sadly I won't be coming back. I wish he new owner the very best of luck. The shop looks nice.

Absolutely disgusting hair cut, clippered really high on my 6 year olds head and SO uneven! It looked as though it had been cut with blunt scissors. He cut behind my sons ears with the clippers as well. During the cut I wanted to question wether he was even a trained barber! I had to take my son across the road to gentleman’s league who had to correct the haircut. When I offered feedback the man who did the cut argued about the quality accused me of ‘doing it on purpose’ so across the road would correct. Why would I want to pay twice?? He was not willing to accept that the cut was poor. He continued to argue even though he had another customer in the chair. It’s a shame Sam reputation has been butchered much like my sons hair . The staff are argumentative and unprofessional. The manager couldn’t get a word in as he staff continued to argue. She didn’t even offer a refund. As a result of the argument I demanded my money back. The customer service was almost as bad as the cut!!!! Would not recommend!!!!! I had to give 1 star as 0 was not accepted
