Amazing haircut by Charlotte today for my little man's first visit and he was so calm and comfortable that the clippers were even used. From the caring and thoughtful way the clippers were introduced to the way that you can just walk in wait and read a book together, perfect for us! Absolutely brilliant. We regularly visit, however our 4 year old son agreed to have his hair cut. Usually our son would cry, scream, shout or refuse. Today he was happy to sit in the chair. Mark took his time, but made it a great experience. Thank you so much
