   This Lidl is one of the good once. Always clean and shelves well stocked. The middle aisle is always full of interesting items.

   am very disappointed with this store. All the other Lidl locations in the area are making a clear effort to offer fruit and vegetable baskets at specific times each day. However, when I asked the cashier here whether this store does the same, I was told that they do not have time to prepare them. The cashier even mentioned that a large amount of fruit and vegetables is thrown away daily — produce that could have easily been included in these baskets. Another staff member suggested that the baskets are available when the store opens, yet they are never actually there. This initiative is an excellent way to reduce food waste, and it is disappointing to see that this store is not participating consistently. I sincerely hope that all Lidl branches will follow the same standard and commitment to reducing waste.

   am writing to file a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior of one of your cashiers. During our recent visit, the cashier was extremely rude. He forcefully threw our groceries, nearly breaking a watermelon, and behaved discourteously towards other customers as well. When we politely asked him to be more careful with our items and to treat us with respect, he responded that he did not care about our opinion. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. We are frequent customers at your store and regularly make purchases of considerable value. This makes it even more disappointing to experience such treatment. We expect your staff to treat customers with courtesy and handle products with care. I kindly ask you to take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that such behavior does not happen again.

   Don’t know what’s going on with this shop but 5pm on a weekday it shouldn’t look like this I think.. empty bakery, half empty freezer, empty boxes everywhere.. couldn’t find a lot of things I needed.. maybe something out of the ordinary happened on that day (4th of July)but it’s not the first time it looks kind of abandoned..

   I was in Lidl for shopping this evening with my wife. While we were shopping one staff her name was Ash. She was also working on the rack the stuff and keeping a big empty trolley next to. I couldn't walk through so. I asked her to move then she moved the trolley. The first time, the second time was again blocking the access with the same empty trolley. This time I asked her to excuse me? She has replied to me there is another way you can go right? I was shocked. What are you talking? How dare she was saying me that? So RUDE her name was ASH. We are the customers she supposes to help us not to give us a BIG mouth. I found it very unpleasant and same time her friend turned up. She asked me what happened after I told her what happened then she was also kind of rude to me. I feel so bad in this store to come for shopping in future. Because of RUDE staff like that customer feel very unsafe. Again ASH was RUDE and no manner. I think she has attitude problems.

   Love this store as staff very friendly and helpful especially lady called Ash. A lot cheaper than the massive supermarket I used to go to & a lot less stressful. Also found the members of public who go here treat me with kindness. I am a small person so sometimes need some help reaching items. Regular customer from now on.

   Thought we'd give this place a try, and my goodness what an Aladdin's cave. Really good bread range, good fish and meat, and a good range of biscuits and crisps. That was really all we needed but then we found the octopus and the range of interesting things at the back of the shop... Oh my. Went in expecting to fill one bag, came out with three.

   Only money saving products, are below average quality. Not a true comparison in my opinion. Selection is a lot smaller than the big 4 too. Ditch the middle at Lidl and stock more food.
