The poor poor girl doing nails, she must be no older than 15 and completely clueless. I’ve never walked out of a salon before, but the service was so bad, and the area so untidy I was worried I’d walk out with a fungal infection. It wasn’t the girls fault, she shouldn’t be working at the salon anyway!
I’m so happy with my highlights! The color looks natural and blends beautifully, adding brightness and dimension without damaging my hair. The stylist was professional and really listened to what I wanted. I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident highly recommend!
Great perm natural looking curls, lots of volume, and easy to maintain. The results lasted well and gave my hair a fresh, stylish look. Highly recommend.
Shambolic experience - came in for highlights being toned & light roots touch up for brown hair, was left with hair turning black & barely visible highlights… by the senior colourist who then tried to fix the highlights with toner making them slightly more visible. Also when I got home my sister told me I had so much colour mix left in both ears! I suspect she left my dye on too long while she took her lunch and juggled two other clients… was nothing like my picture I requested and I ended up having to go to a different salon few days later to fix it all. Money absolutely wasted, such a shame.
Literally exactly like the reference picture!! The hairstylist was so sweet and listened to everything I wanted and even made suggestions as she wanted my hair to not look thin and she was totally right:D lovely atmosphere and equipment. Overall amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back ❤️ Also the price was phenomenal- I got long layers and long face framing
Worst brush I've ever had in my life! I paid 35 pounds and got home worse than when I left. I do not recommend
I've been here twice now they are very nice and friendly very accommodateing offering cup's of tea . My hair is looking really nice and light what I asked for and my hair condition is healthy a lovely trim il be back in 3 months thanks again xx
Three words…. Awful, Awful, Awful. I should of known not to get my hair done here when they messed my appointments up twice, but I still gave them the benefit of doubt & proceeded to get my hair done here. They have ruined my hair, they have placed the nano beads way to close to my scalp they are hurting, I paid for 150 nanos & they have ripped me off and only placed half of what I paid for!! Apparently the hair they use is very good, It’s breaking apart when I brush my hair. The nano beads are also very visible. Only response from the shop was I was happy when I left…. Yes I was because you curled my hair to hide the mess you created!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Asked for a trim of my fringe just below the brows, first cut was above the brows and it was uneven, i was trying to be as polite as I can because I know how it feels like being on the other end so I pointed it out to her that it was uneven and too short and she got annoyed, she tried to cut a bit more and told her it was too short and the lady told me that i was blind and that my glasses is not correct. Horrible customer service. Didn’t apologise for anything. Left not paying and had to get it fixed at supercuts where they pointed out that it was uneven and that it was cut too short. Don’t go here and waste your money. Go somewhere else.
