   Generally good. On the plus side the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Costa coffe in store is a nice place to sit and have a breather with a tasty snack and a hot drink. Sadly have found out of date items still on display a couple of times and the toilets aren't always well maintained hence the 4 stars

   Tesco Martins Heron. Self scan rescan every time in the last few months. Fed up. They have never found a single unscanned item. I would warn other shoppers not to bother with self scan. If Tesco cannot trust trustworthy customers who spend thousands of pounds over the course of a year I do not see why we should do their job for them. I'll use checkouts from now on and they can do the scanning. Alternative advice is give up and go to another supermarket.

   My mother was accused of stealing a plastic carrier bag by the older woman on self checkouts her attitude was vile. Items left and walked out.

   Thank you to Matt, shop assistant. He saved my day last week while I was shopping there, as my 15 weeks baby was crying uncontrollably and I could not scan the shopping, either the coupons. He was so kind and helpful, even bagged all the groceries. Thank you so much, again! I wish more people/employees would go out of their way like this...you made my day :)

   Not one of their best. All the toilets were out of order apart from one disabled. Most of the staff were miserable. Glad I don't live in the vicinity.

   So I went to Martins herion to pick my first Christmas tree for my new house for me and my one year old I was soo happy the day I picked it up thought Christmas would be nice with a real Christmas tree well... this was the biggest mistake I ever have made I'm now infested with Aphids now in my home there everywhere its made my Christmas the worst I will be returning my tree tomorrow

   Used to shop here all the time but has now gone seriously downhill. Items on the shelves not inputted so won't scan...was told because of this I could not purchase. Prices have gone through the roof, freezers empty, low or no stock. Shelves empty but stock sitting on top waiting to be put on shelves. 4 people on self scan waiting with red lights for staff attention, but only 1 member of staff scanning/checking a customers full trolly. Gone badly downhill....Will be using aldi from now on.

   My partner recently went in to buy some bits and was short of money so went to put one item of tinned mackerel back and the young female member of staff on the self service checkouts offered to pay for the item herself for him. He was quite taken back and was thankful for her generosity as its above and beyond her duty. Even though he turned down her offer he would like to thank you (heather) for offering him this gesture of goodwill. You are so kind. We could do with more staff like you in this day and age. Your amazing.
