Amazing experience from start to finish, went in for nails then had my hair cut by an amazing stylist called Holli who totally looked after me. Was patient, sweet and a brilliant stylist, will be going back to Holli. Also booked appointment for eyebrow tattooing with the super lovely Manager. Vegan products used (Aveda) and the building has a great energy there. Feeling happy, thankyou team!

Had a consultation for a colour correction caused elsewhere, stylist was very happy to do my hair, booked me in took my deposit all absolutely fine! the stylist knew I'd been let down by another salon! two weeks before my appointment cancels me as my hair "frightened" her!.. No offer of a refund of my deposit btw! No explanation as to why she was happy to do my hair then not! No explanation on what it is that was the problem or idea's to help get me to what I wanted as she knew I was more than happy to do whatever my stylist recommended, I chose here as the stylist says she's a bleach specialist? As I've had scalp bleach for years and wanted to change to less maintenance colour unfortunately I chose the wrong stylist initially so wanted to find a bleach specialist to help correct my hair! Nothing drastic, she knew the stylist I had previously booked in to do my correction did the exact thing she did! And had told me it wasn't me that was the issue it was the previous stylist that was obviously not confident enough. So obviously this stylist at ferne alexandra is not a "bleach specialist" either, to cancel me and leave me with no understanding of why or a refund untill I requested it! Is wrong! I understand if you are not good enough to do something then say so to start no issues with this but Don't take someone's time or money when you know the client is nervous and could of booked elsewhere!

Had my semi permanent make up eyebrows done by Hannah Betts on Wednesday and Iām absolutely thrilled with the results. I wanted a natural look as Iām fair with blonde hair and Hannah gave me exactly what I asked for! It was honestly spot on! She also made me feel totally relaxed from the moment I arrived. Really competitive price too. I will be recommending to all my family and friends - thank you Hannah!

It was my first time visiting the Ferne Alexandra Salon.. I really needed my hair cutting and styling since lockdown, and after my friend recommended this salon to me I thought I would give it a go. I love the fact that the salon is 100% Vegan, this really appealed me to when booking in. The salon is so beautiful, and from the outset the staff were so welcoming and super super friendly.
I was booked in with Tilly who was so lovely, and made me feel so at ease as I sometimes get anxious going to new places . She really looked after me , and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my end result . She was super knowledgable and professional - giving me advice on my hair type, and how to look after my hair properly and also giving me product recommendations for after my appointment to keep my hair in the best condition. Very helpful.
It was a really relaxing experience I definitely felt pampered. My hair is in so much better condition and is a lot healthier now! Iām so happy with it. The whole process was lovely from start to finish, I will definitely be booking in again. I would definitely recommend this salon.
