There is a young man who is so friendly and polite. There is an older man who is so rude and proud. There is a young girl who doesn’t understand English. The room is cold and not clean enough. The waiting seat is outside the shop in the shopping centre, which is cold again.
Had a dry cut today 05/09/25 with the lovely Wenda, she has looked after my hair for about 3 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Relocated now to new premises and Wenda works in the salon upstairs. never feel rushed, highly recommend!
WENDA!!! what a lovely lady! Came in today (Friday 5th sept) wenda cut my daughters hair,a complete re style, from shoulder length straight, to a pixie cut, she made an absolute stunning job, very professional and friendly, will definitely be returning,

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I only asked for a simple trim on my bangs, but the hairdresser (an older man with grey hair) was extremely rude and unprofessional. As he was cutting, I politely said not too short, and instead of listening, he slammed his scissors down mid-cut and refused to finish my haircut. I was left with uneven, frizzy hair that wasn’t styled at all. On top of that, his attitude was arrogant—acting as though he was too good to do a basic trim, when in reality he couldn’t even manage it properly. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in a salon before. If you want someone who actually listens to what you’re asking for and treats you with basic respect, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
I’m sure Zeki’s is a fantastic salon IF you get the right stylist- unfortunately I walked in as a newbie and was given a very incompetent stylist- she ruined my hair even though I only asked her to follow my previous cut- thank goodness for Hailey, who saw what was happening and tactfully whisked me to another chair and tried to fix the damage done- I would highly recommend Hailey- she did what she could considering what she had to try to fix-
Had my little boys hair done here today. He has autism and to say he isn't a fan of hair cuts is an understatement but they were brilliant with him. Very patient and aware of his needs. A big thankyou and 10/10 recommend.
We were looking for somewhere to get my Mrs hair cut and happened upon zekis. Extremely welcoming and friendly bunch for sure. My mrs is nervous about having her hair cut due to it being so thin and falls out very easily due to chemotherapy drugs. The young lad was truly amazing and put her at ease. We were both so impressed by his meticulous attention to detail like nothing she'd ever received from any other hairdressers ever.. We really can not recommend Zekis highly enough. Thanks guys, we will be returning for sure.
