Wow, after going for a hair cut else where I had a panic attack and was left with an unfinished cut, I arrived at retro in a state, they made me a cup of tea, then Julie cut my hair slowly included me in the whole process, I was listened to fear of having hair was still there but they made me feel safe, I was shocked how patient and professional the whole team were, I was even able to sit and watch this was a whole new experience with hair dressers salons, I am truly greatful and willl be going back ladies this salon is a cut above the rest trust me I’ve been to them all xxx
I had a great experience here today. Called for an appointment and was fitted in within an hour.I had a wash/cut & blow dry with Julie. She did an amazing job and exactly what I asked for. Price was very reasonable too. I will definitely be returning.
