   I would give 0 stars if I could I walked in as asked for Gel nail extensions and specifically not the acrylic and plastic extension and after explaining 3 times what I wanted and them reassuring me they could do what I wanted, proceeded to butcher my nails and cuticles with a drill, cut my natural nails off and started to stick fake nails on….. I said no this is not what I wanted and proceeded to show and tell them again what I wanted and then said they didn’t do that, ripped off the fake nails and asked said there you go, my nails were rough and scratched up so they roughly buffed them and sent me on my way, very disappointed, I will not be returning, fortunately I found someone else to help me in an Emergancy who has done a brilliant job….. n however she did say they completely nurtured my nails. So be careful if you go there, the language barrier is not the best

   Been here a few times now. They did a nice mini eggs design for Easter from a photo i showed them, French, and clear shellac over some cute dog stickers I brought in myself (which was durable and lasted ages!) They are well priced, polite. It's very popular so if you don't have a booking may need to wait a while

   I’ve been here 5 or 6 times now for acrylics, and gel on toes. The first couple of times were perfect as they were very quiet - I was the only one in there. HOWEVER, I won’t be going back as every time since I have been really disappointed. There’s one guy who burns me every time with the dremel. Today I had to ask him to stop when he cut the cuticles on my toes as it hurt so much! Once he was finished he asked if they were okay, despite the colour being patchy as anything I just said yes. I was in there for three hours (despite booking an appointment) and made to wait whilst walk-ins took priority. I’ve attached a picture of the acrylics I got today. You can decide for yourself whether you would have paid £70 for this treatment. They’re so chunky and wonky but I really couldn’t stay in there any longer!
