Had my nails done here a couple months ago and was very happy with the kind service I recieved. They saw my vision completely and gave me the most gorgeous nail set that I had to attend a festival in summer. Would highly recommend, the staff are so hard working!!
I have been coming to this salon for 5+ years, I love the nails every time. Overall, most of the nail techs are quite good at creating what you want. There are a few that I absolutely do not like their work and their customer service, but the rest are absolutely amazing. They all do speak in their language quite a lot and make jokes across the room, which is very disrespectful and uncomfortable. Another thing I don’t like is that they switch clients all the time, it’s very frustrating because in general you’re going to spend 1 hour there to do the nails, but then end up close to 2 hours because they switch around and make you wait while doing something else, instead of just focusing on 1 client only. But anyway, their art and pricing makes it worth it.
Hands down best set of nails I’ve had in years! The kindest staff and great service. Lee has the most amazing attention to detail. Great range of colours too! I’ll be heading back for my infill next month for sure! Thanks guys
My go to nail salon! Very easy to book an appointment and the staff are brilliant at creating what you want. Everyone is very friendly, that definitely makes nail day 100x better! Would definitely recommend.
Amazing here I love it. Never had a nail break and they always look good and the vibe in the shop is very chilled and just lovely staff and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Came in for a set of acrylic infills done by multiple members of staff, one was loose from underneath & so I came in the next day to which the manager put some glue under it & I was forced to come back the next day to have it re-done. When I came back the next day, I was told to wait which ended up being 1 & a half hours of waiting for them to fix one nail which I was not pre-warned about. I paid £32 for these infills for multiple people to do one set of nails, wait for 1 hour & a half to have one nail fixed & both times my nails were left in acetone for over 20 minutes & she was asking why my nail beds were damaged! I’ve previously had great experiences but now will not be going back again as I don’t think this is acceptable & when I said something, the manager said ‘well it was busy’. She definitely could’ve told me that it was going to be a long wait as all the workers had just started their nails. Unacceptable service, very disappointed where previously this was my favourite place.
