I Hadn’t booked an appointment but when I went in at 3:10 they told me they could see to me in about 10 to 20 minutes so I waited, and waited. They left me for an hour and when they finally sat me down the Owner wasn’t being careful and caught my finger nearly ripping the actual nail off with her drill she then left me sat there for another 20 minutes whilst she filed someone else’s nails I made it clear that I was short on time after having to wait an hour and I had to get to work, theyd overbooked and had one nail tech bouncing between 3 clients. I asked where my nail tech had gone as I really needed to get moving but no one took interest, I had to leave the salon with my nails like this Becasue of the poor time management and organisation it was chaos the situation has left me feeling extremely upset and overwhelmed I’ve been coming to this salon religiously for 6 years. It’s unprofessional and extremely stressful, it shouldn’t take 2 hours for a set of infills.
Such lovely nails. The nail tech took his time and was very precise. This set took just over an hour. I paid £70 but was expected as the design was complex. I also got my pedicure done and the woman did a great job. The workers were very kind as always. I will definitely be visiting again.
Been going to classy nail for years now. Never had a bad experience here! Always leave so happy with my nails. They are very polite and constantly check throughout the process you are happy with everything (length, shape & colour). They are happy to change anything if you aren’t happy with it.
Great to walk into the salon today without an appointment just at the right time and get a full set of acrylics done straight away, Hana did an amazing job as always
