   Very disrespectful and extremely unprofessional, they book your appointment while they cannot accommodate you and after wasting your days & time and once you reach the place with your kids they say we cannot take you at the moment you have to wait. They do not have the decency to call and inform you cause they were too busy to be respectful to other people time . To make it worse this barbie response wasn’t even apologetic or respectful. Never faced worse than this customer Service before.

   Went in looking homeless, came out looking fabulous. Also took my daughter for her first hair cut. They were super good with her. Genuinely the friendliest salon I’ve ever been to.

   It was my first time attending a salon at the big age of 38, due to my horrific greys coming through! This place was actually recommended to me. I arrived little late and was greeted by the business owner who was polite and friendly. I was seen to straight away by Aleesha. She showed me the colour chart and I picked any that I felt was going to be a good colour for me. After some discussion and advice (by the owner) we went ahead. Throughout my process the salon was super busy, yet the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The customers were very happy and the stylist were all attentive. They helped an OAP to her chair which was so sweet. The business owner (didn’t catch name) kept checking on me making sure everything is orderly and well, she asked for a second opinion too, bless her. I was offered drinks and made really very comfortable and relaxed. So it was time for the reveal. The colour I envisaged was definitely not what came through. I was mortified (through NO fault of the salon’s) at first but trying to get use to it. Abby (I think was her name) gave me an amazing cut and blow dry. She instantly understood what and how I wanted my hair cut and she delivered 10/10. Overall the whole team runs like clockwork, even under pressure. They are attentive, super caring, informative, helpful, very friendly, knowledgeable and simply brilliant ! Was in there four long hours and it flew by! Without hesitation I would recommend Anisia to all. Moving forward I know I’ll become their regular. Thank you so much.

   If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Had an absolute disaster with a different salon who messed up my hair, however I called Anisia who were able to squeeze me an appointment straight away. Manika is an absolute lifesaver! Sorted my hair out to how I initially wanted it. Honestly can not recommend this place enough! Thank you again ❤️

   Booked an appointment in advance to be told my appointment is not in the diary with who I had arranged it with even though I received a confirmation email. I arrived at the salon at 9:55am as arranged to be told the person I had arranged my appointment with does not start until 10:30. They said they would call him but I said not to worry I will come back at 10:30am. I then received a rather rude phone call from the salon at at 10:10am asking where I am and that I am going to be late for my appointment that is actually booked in with a different hair dresser. After all the messing around I just decided to cancel my apt and they still had the cheek to charge me a cancellation fee after messing me around
