Been going to Adam for the last few years at Upgraded. Always turns me from a 5/10 to a solid 8/10 (my peak I would say). On a serious note, great atmosphere, very friendly and professional staff. Doesn’t feel like a chore, more of a nice trip. Would highly recommend going to upgraded if you’re looking for a new or different barbers.
Great service and staff. Very professional and all happy to help. Take their time with every haircut and always ensure they understand what you want. Usually get my hair cut with James who does a great job, but all the barbers give a good cut.
After moving back into the area, tried a couple of the local barbers without being impressed until visiting Upgraded Barbers. I’ve had my haircut by Ally 4 or 5 times now and I have to say she’s a brilliant barber, very knowledgeable and experienced, listens carefully to your requirements, provides advice and consistently does an excellent job. Really pleased.
I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I can honestly say Ally always delivers a top-class service for both me and my son. She’s friendly, professional, and really takes the time to make sure we’re happy with the cut every time. My son always feels comfortable in the chair, and we both leave looking sharp. Highly recommend!
Loved it. My other barbers did not stop talking and did not concentrate on cutting hair. This barber never said a word and went above and beyond what I expected and it was cheaper. Maybe because I was a pensioner. I was well pleased.
Brilliant barbers, I have been going for years and have since moved from the area, still taking the time to make the trip back up for my haircut! Really friendly, polite and attentive staff, family friendly environment and a super high quality of hair cut and beard trim. Adam is a real star, being a young lad with an excellent attitude, a professional touch, attention to detail and a hard working ethics that shines through. He really does take his time, every time, to give the highest quality cut. This is the only barbers I would go to, and since it opened it has gone from strength to strength. The best barbers I’ve ever been to! They have been my regular for years now, James is an all-star with my hair, cuts it perfectly everytime. Never rushes and always makes sure the job is done right. The staff is always friendly and they have great laughs. The price is amazing too… great value for money and I think it’s the best place in derby to get a trim. They always make you feel… upgraded!
