    Staff have always been pleasant to me and my family when ever we are in the shop, been using them for over 8 years and never had a bad experience. Always have stock on the shelves.

    Sandhurst Food & Wine was found to be staffed by a deeply unpleasant man wearing a turban. This business is an official Hermes parcel collection point and I took a nicely packaged item in for return. When I told the man I had a Hermes parcel his rude and ignorant reply was "I am very angry" and "This is not my business". This startling response was repeated more than once and when I reminded the man that this an an official Hermes agent he appeared to suggest I should go elsewhere. After a delay I was given a small form with a tracking number and my parcel was thrown on the floor at my feet by the man - at which I left the shop. Disgusting behaviour by the individual - avoid this shop.
