   Such a shame there is no other place in East Wokingham to drop Yodel parcels. Out of last three attempts only one was successful. Every time the lady at the counter says the machine is broken. This has been a persistent problem for a long time - quite enough to fix it, but it seems they just don't care.

   States on UPS website they accept mobile codes here. I arrived with a parcel. Person behind counter looked at me like I had three heads. ‘We don’t print labels here’. No apology, no advice on where I could take parcel instead. I then took the parcel to Ashridge Road convenience store, which too states they accept mobile codes and lo and behold, they scanned and printed the label. Job done.

   I love this place. The gentleman that works there is lovely and helpful. He has been great with taking my parcels for sending, and picking up. They have recently started an In Post collection service and it’s seamless! Always a pleasure to visit. My favourite newsagent in Woky :-)

   They refuse to take parcels Fridays or the weekend because the next collection isn't until Monday. This limitation isn't stated on the shipping company website. Waste of time.

   Would have given no stars if I could have. The woman who works here has to be one of the rudest people I’ve come across. Went to collect a parcel and was told to recheck my confirmation from the courier as she did not believe that it was in the shop and told me to come back the next day. At this point she hadn’t even looked herself. When I told her the date it would be at her shop she then blamed me for not giving this to her. Not sure why they provide the service if it’s such a bother to them but of course they are happy to take the money for it. Won’t use them again and would advise others to steer clear.
