   Dont use this company, took 5 weeks to come then arrived with wrong window. They disappeared and not heard of them since. Still broken windscreen on forklift.

   Terrible service. book a windscreen with them to wait 6 days till my booking to be told the dont have the glass and I would need to rebook for an appointment in 4 days . Not good when your depending on this to get you work van back on the road I would not use this company if you are looking for a reliable service

   I'm going with 3 stars. The facility itself and the guys who work there are great, and they did a top-notch job. But... Autoglass themselves as a company? They are what bring the rating down. Job was booked very easily through their website. Booking confirmation received. Confirmation text messages received both at booking and day before 'appointment' saying "drop off vehicle for 08.00am and it will be ready to drive away at 11.59am" Excellent, I thought. I booked the morning off work, and Aberdeen is a 25-mile drive, so I had to plan to stay in town and wait. Arrived to drop vehicle at 07.40am, greeted by "sorry but your vehicle is not scheduled in." "But I have a booking, and here are the details, the emails, the messages," I said. "Yes, you do have a booking, but your job isn't scheduled, so we can't do it." Honestly, you couldn't write it. I mean, what the hell is a schedule, if not a list of bookings? Tried phoning the office, of course, no response. One of the guys phoned a supervisor on speaker, "och just tell him to bring it back another day," he was told as i stood listening. Eventually agreed to leave vehicle and guys said they would try to get it done before 6pm, fortunately for me they did but it was a gamble as I could have as easily came back at 6pm to pick it up and still have to reschedule. Shambles of a booking system, causing unnecessary stress to people and cost me a day's pay and a day wandering about a city waiting which could have quite easily become 2 days if not for the efforts of the fitters.

   Polite lad sorted out my arrival / windscreen replacement and check over when complete. All work completed in 2 hours. Tidy clean and warm waiting room with toilet options. All in all would definately use again. Some sort of signage on the building would assist though but not a huge problem. Thank you.

   Dropped off car for 8:15am, very helpful man explained what would happen. Came back at 10:30 to windscreen installed and explained warranty to me. Excellence start to finish, we’ll oiled machine clearly.

   Excellent service from the team at Aberdeen Dyce. Speedy, friendly and hassle-free delivery of a neat and tidy job. Top marks to the local team but only giving 4 points overall as it appeared that Auto Glass Central hadn't actually placed the booking with the local team despite confirming the time slot booking with me. The local team dealt with this smoothly though.

   Change of glass was completed, the amount off small glass shards strewn all over interior of car. Not so much of a toss for safety of any occupants who are going to sit in the car. Had to get a full valet service done to ensure no one else was cut by the obvious threat. A completely unprofessional outfit, which beggars belief, in the fact that their the leading brand in the UK.
