They are quite rude. I walked in earlier and told them I can wait since I didn’t have an appointment. The guy said “so???” not sure why, I thought he knows this is a nail salon.
Went there to get my infill done instead of nice square shape i went out with duck nails the gel was see through and uneven i was burnt with the drill so many times had few dants in the nail bed The couple who run this shop were not educated enough to run the business I would rather avoid that place
My first visit to Nails 28 today and it will not be my last. Was made to feel very welcomed by the lovely couple that run Nails 28.... my nails are looking beautiful for my hols I'm very pleased with them and the nail art . Very reasonable prices too l, would recommend anyone that needs pampering go see Michael & his lovely wife....

Very disappointed after treating my daughter to a pedicure and manicure. She came home with her feet bandaged up and bleeding . The manager who had preformed the pedicure had cut her feet in several places . With no apology still charging her the full amount . This was a Birthday treat as my daughter has been very busy I wanted her to have some nice quality self time .Don’t know what to say really but my daughter can now not wear her shoes her feet are so sore . Sad because it was usually ok .
Been coming here for almost a year now and have never encountered any major issues. If there’s something I’m not happy with, they’ll fix it for me immediately and with no complaints! Nails are always filled perfectly and acrylic+ shellac applied really nicely. They are very gentle on my nails too which is a bonus. Highly recommend this nail salon :) Hopefully these photos really help show the great work they put in each time I go!
