First time visiting. Had Biab taken off and redone with coloured French tip and probably the best they ever looked. Staff were the most attentive to my nails I think I’ve had this year. So happy. This may have to be my new regular place. Didn’t get the name of the woman that did my nails so I will have to get it next time but there will DEFINITELY be a next time. Photos from 4/5 days later. Also, cuticle care was great too.

Just had my nails done and I am sooo inlove with them. The photos don’t do them justice. Double thumbs up! Just awesome !!

I found myself in a bit of a predicament a bit before Christmas. I, a person who almost never gets my nails done, was getting married on the 29th. I had accidently whacked my hand on something leaving a large, dark red mark under fingernail in my soon to be most photographed finger so a manicure seemed necessary. Being naïve, I thought I should be able to squeeze in somewhere to get my nails done the day before the wedding. As I begin to call around, I learned almost no one was open so I made the decision to get my nails done with shellac on the very last day before this nail salon closed for Christmas/New Year. They squeezed me in even without knowing my predicament or that they were doing my wedding nails. Before I came, they let me know that I may be waiting for a bit after my appointment time. During that wait, I was given some example nail colours to choose from and completely changed my plan from shellac French tips to shellac "mermaid nails". They were gorgeous, and I received complements from even strangers even when they were woefully grown out a month later (yet the polished area stayed pristine). I also got a pedicure which was nice, but few people saw my toes to comment. The only downsides were that the uv light made under my fingernails burn a lot even though the technician had it on the lowest setting and that my nails were damaged when I got my polish removed elsewhere (this is likely my own fault though). In short, I got pretty nails for my wedding that I got to enjoy for another month. I recommend, but I have few points of comparison so I am not sure how much that means. Very disappointed. NYE I came to get Acrylic infills with shellac. You walk in no one talks to you or asks how can I help. It took the lady an hour and half todo this when my usual salon takes around 45 minutes. 2 days later one pings off. I go back again no one says anything when I walked it. I had rang to say I was coming in. All the technicians were busy so I sat down. When a lady left the nail technicians started walking away. So I stood up to be noticed. She then said ‘ yes’ I said I rang about my nail coming off after 2 days. It seemed like a massive inconvenience for her todo her job. The nail itself is absolutely appalling. It’s completely curved/ bent. When she was finished she pointed to the hand cream. It’s not difficult to learn some English words considering you’re working in England and the majority of customers speak English. She asked if I had a loyalty card so I know full well she can speak English. Didn’t even say thank you bye have a good day etc. Terrible customer service. As for the rest of the acrylic nails, all bumpy not even and not neat polish. Would definitely not recommend this salon. However nails to nails pay attention to detail and don’t over charge. Unfortunately they were closed the day I had free. But I will wait next time.

The guy who did my nails was very rough and it was my first time. I felt my nails burning. The outcome was alright but the process was slightly traumatizing. After 3days I went back to get it removed because of work. And the lady who took it off was very rude and rough as well. My nails became really thin and I felt them burning I thought she was going to reach the nail bed. I cant even open my shampoo or shower gel bottles coz my nails are very fragile and bend very easily. She was also rude not explaining things and just pointing stuff to me instead of saying what to do. The lady on the first chair which is i think the owner is the only one I have seen smile at me

Super friendly staff who managed to squeeze me in today even though they were busy. The guy that did my acrylic nails was super gentle and did an amazing job. Super happy with the outcome! Very affordable and even was offered hand cream at the end. Which hasn’t happen in the other salons I’ve been too! I will deffo be back again!
