   I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at Ego Hairdressing, a salon that markets itself as exclusive but clearly has no respect for its clients or their money. I booked a root touch-up — a basic service that any decent salon includes washing and drying your hair afterwards. Instead, after washing out the dye, I was abruptly told I hadn’t booked a separate blow-dry and they had no time to dry my hair because they had “more important” appointments. I was forced to walk out of Ego Hairdressing with soaking wet hair, despite paying premium prices for what should be a complete service. It’s disgraceful and unprofessional for an expensive salon to cut corners like this and blame the client for their poor booking system. I strongly recommend that anyone who values their time and self-respect stay away from Ego Hairdressing — I will never return and absolutely do not recommend it.

   Such a lovely salon and was very accommodating as I had confusion with another salon and realised I never had an appointment with and had turned up at a wrong place. Was so happy that they were able to squeeze me in after I called the salon to explain. I felt super heard and cannot wait to get booked in! Edited: saving the last star for when my hair has been wowed because I know it’s gonna be good

   Ego is my regular hairdresser and I often go in with pictures of something I’ve seen and Suzanne always works with me to create the look I’m after, talking me through what she’s going to do. The salon is beautifully decorated and is always clean, warm and welcoming. Suz also did my wedding hair for me and my 4 bridesmaids, again she worked with us during our trial, trying out a couple of different looks I was thinking off. Absolutely loved what she created! Always amazing service and I always leave super happy. Thank you
