   I had mixed up my consultation appointment by an hour and was not contacted following the appointment time. I attended to what was my appointment and was met with a tone and I was very apologetic about the mix up and no offer to reschedule the appointment. Slightly disappointed as the reviews on google reflected a very different atmosphere. Edited: turns out I had actually turned up at the wrong salon due to being new to the area and having booked with another salon with a similar name. Salon response shows that if further questions were asked with a bit of customer service rather than bluntly shutting me down straight away, this whole mix up could have been checked and we’d have realised I wasn’t even in the right place. Funnily enough this review could have been avoided. A huge unfortunate coincidence that someone else with the exact same name as me had an appointment booked an hour before mine at your salon…

   If you want a salon where the staff don't look as you as though you are something they have stepped in.. this is the Hair Dressers for you... Cat, Roxy and Rach are the BEST at what they do... and nothing is ever too much trouble. With the added extra of Rachs beauty it's a one stop shop!! Great friendly family feel .. I would not go any where else. :)

   After struggling to find a hairdresser with availability for August i contacted Eden hair and beauty who could book me in. From the moment i arrived at the front door i could sense a warm and friendly atmosphere where i was made to feel very welcome. The staff asked me how i would like my hair styled and they didn't disappoint as i am very happy with my new colour and style. I will definitely be continuing to book with Eden hair and beauty in the future as well as recommending to friends and family.

   I've been going to Eden for sometime now. I used to have very long hair... then decided to have a pixie cut. Cat cut my hair perfectly. Listens to what you want to be done and does it. Unlike other places I've been. I've moved 40km away and still drive to have my hair cut here. Professional and at the same time can have a laugh with all.
