Emily is absolutely wonderful. Every service I have from her has been absolutely brilliant and she's lovely to talk to. Very affordable too, maybe she could look into increasing her prices, her work is VERY much worth paying for.
Had my first appointment at bangs today with Leon. After a disaster with a red box dye I came away with new beautiful chocolate brown hair. Leon was very professional and helpful with colour advice. Made to feel very relaxed and welcoming. I have now found my new hair salon. After always having female stylists it was lovely to see a different perspective. Thank you Leon, I will see you in Feb x

Wow!! Amazing salon, the most attentive staff, brilliant service and lovely atmosphere. Ignore any negative reviews you see on here as quite clearly targeted. Eliccia is beyond amazing, as are all the staff. If you want first class service then this is the place for you.
I have used this salon multiple times and on more than one occasion have heard male staff members talking about clients and other members of staff behind their back. The only reason I have returned to this salon is for my usual hairdresser. I have also recently discovered that my usual hairdresser (who is amazing) has now left to go to another salon. Bangs have them taken it upon themselves to email myself and other clients of this hairdresser, offering a discount to become their clients instead. To try and steal clients off a young girl who has trained since leaving school, has started her own business and has had to put up with the management at this salon for the past few years, frankly it is disgusting. I Won’t be coming back and I will be passing this message on to friends.
Had nothing but good experiences with this salon until I learned how they treated the staff. The girl I repeatedly booked in with at the salon had decided to leave to start the next part of her hairdressing journey, as a self employed hairdresser she let me and all her clients know her new address. Bangs salon have proceeded to send me, and other clients of hers it seems, emails offering 15% off if we stay with another person at their salon! I’m disgusted with this, and am starting to realise why she may have left in the first place. I for sure will be continuing with Rosie at her new salon as she is my hairdresser and I hope her other clients will stick with her too.
