   Leah has ruined my hair. I showed her a picture of the cut i wanted and my hair literally only needed a trim/freshen up. I have ended up with a disconnected haircut. My hair looks awful and she has ruined my holidays, I wanted a long bob and instead i’ve ended up with a disconnected french bob and no layers just a bunch on thickness and uts uneven throughout. Shelby’s was a trusted salon in burton for me but after my visit this week I would never come back. Leah shouldn’t be cutting hair, if you visit your safer option is sophie or kat.

Service is always efficient and done to the best of standards. Sophie always makes sure I am happy and does an amazing job of making me feel comfortable. A million % recommend :)

   I went to the hairdresser today, for the first time since lockdown. I've been hacking at it myself!! I've never been to Shelby's before. I searched on Google for hairdressers in Burton, and made the decision to come here....I'm glad I did! All the ladies were friendly and the price was reasonable. I had Kat, who cut my hair exactly how I wanted and turned messy into tidy. I'm back home, hair washed and dried and waiting to go out to dinner. I'm a happy bunny! Thankyou x

   Excellent customer service! I cannot recommend Shelbys enough! I took out some hair extensions and when I washed my hair it became extremely matted beyond repair, so I had thought. I'd tried all sorts of methods and then accepted I'd have to have the entire length cut off. My hair grows slowly so I was gutted. However, I went into Shelbys today and the ladies were so friendly and professional when dealing with my issue. Kat in particular took her time to try everything she could to undo my mess without cutting off a huge amount of matted hair, which I thought was the only option. She saved my hair, the length and the thickness with professionalism, so much patience and was so reassuring throughout! Thank you all so much for your parts in helping today - I'm so grateful for the amazing service I received!

   Lovely hairdresser, all the staff are warm and friendly, the receptionist/ apprentice is nice and helpful and eager which is nice to see. Kay and ebony are friendly, approachable, great stylists that take care to look after you and your requests and give good advice. Never had Michelle but seen her and she is friendly and again a great stylist. The staff are all lovely and talented you feel welcome and not intimated, you can tell they all get a long have a laugh and have great team work. Prices are great and have a range of products and colours Thanks ladies
