I always get an excellent service, they always fit me in, they have a fantastic eye for detail and their prices are reasonable.    I have been visiting Top nails for about 5 years now and find them very good at their craft. They always do the art I want on my nails making them look like the image I have shown them. If the nails peel/chip they have always rectified this without a problem and normally for free. I cannot recommend Top nails enough. They are very reasonably priced also.

   Top Nails is amazing. I have been coming here every 2-3 weeks since I moved to Winchester in 2018. Lee and Jen, the owners of the salon, have built up a successful business since 2015 with many regular clients and this can only be due to the consistently high quality of their work. They are brilliant at what they do. I don’t have the fancy designs but have seen them produce some really creative sets. I have had nail extensions, gel manicures and pedicures regularly for the past 7 years and have never had a bad experience. I have recommended many friends to them who are now regular clients and they did my nails for my recent wedding in October. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any nail service. Thank you Top Nails ☺️

   Quite disappointed with this place, I called beforehand to ask if they could do my nails based on a picture and was told yes. However when I got there, the lady told me that the picture I showed her was too complicated to do with gel and I quote 'these pictures are from China, Korea, British people like simple nails' - I was baffled. I showed her another picture and was told she could only use powder to do it and not gel and my response to this was alright let's do it with powder, which she then said no to. I asked for a simple strawberry on my nail, to which I was told there were no stickers and was told that it couldn't be done. I ended up having plain pink gel nails for £27! I was so uncomfortable and felt very rushed, even though I'd made an appointment and asked if I could come at that time. I wish I left the place but unfortunately I didn't, but please don't make the same mistake I did!

   Probably the worst Nail salon experience I have ever had, awful customer service. Male nail tech was the rudest person I’ve probably ever met and so aggressive whilst doing my nails. Complete disregard when I said it was too aggressive. Never go here it’s shocking.

   I rang to ask to have a nail repair as I was going to winchester, the gentleman asked me if I came to this shop to have my nails done I said know and told me to go to my own shop and we wouldn't have the same colour, which i was quite stocked obviously he didn't want to do his or help me, and his mannerisms was very rude on the phone and trying to put me off so I told him is customer service was not very good won't be ever going in his shop.

   I am so pleased that I chose Top Nails. I've not had my nails done in ages and decided to choose this nail business. The service is phenomenal. The well groomed gent is polite and pleasant to talk too. Asked me what I wanted and throughout the whole treatment would ask if everything was alright and to my liking. At every stage he ensured I was happy. 100% recommended. I have rebooked aswell.
