   Me and my mum have been going here for over a decade, will forever be our go to place, the staff are always lovely, warm and welcoming. Me and mum absolutely love going to get our nails done together here, for mothers, daughters, any everyone, this is the best nail salon in winchester.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful acrylics manicure and pedicure. Burnt me with hot stones, I still have dry skin on my feet, and the nails are awful, the edges are messy and the colour see through. To top it all, they charged me £80. Oh and it took forever. Not happy. Would not recommend.

   It was my fault for not asking ahead of service, but they don't take credit cards so I had to run and find a bank to get cash. My main point for 1 star is I had nail dip powder service- two of my nails cracked on the edges and tbose pieces came off 1 day after service. Two more the second day and two more the third day. I could not go back to have them fixed as we left for a cruse the day after. Paid way more than the quality I received. I don't recommend.

   I had a bad design done in one of my nails in another nail salon and was desperate to get it fixed asap. Not only did they take me in very last minute without an appointment but the woman that fixed it for me did her very best for almost nothing. I didn’t get her name but I’m very grateful. Thank you x

   I have gone to these technicians a number of times before and always had an overall okay experience with the same lady, however this time I was with someone different and it was very apparent that she was rushing me. (which would have been understandable due to me being the last session of the day, but is worth noting considering the rest of the experience) I asked for a tapered square, I got what can only be described as a very botched square, the mistake in shaping would have been ok and I would have chalked it up to her not hearing me correctly but every nail is a different length and shape, with a lot of them being very uneven and flaring out at the end. I sometimes do my nails myself but I decided to get them done professionally today so I wouldn’t have to worry about them looking ok, since I would assume a professional should be able to make them look almost perfect. If I had paid any more then I would definitely be asking for at least a partial refund.

   My daughter came in today for acrylic nails. On her return she has told me that she was charged 40 pounds which surprised me as I have never been charged so much before. The nail technician also appeared to be looking after her three children at the same time and left her for periods of time while she attended to to them!!! I’m bemused and will not allow her to return.

   I am not a nail expert but I had better nails done by other salons and I don't like my nails this time, they are chunky, unflattering and they left such a gap between my nail and the gel bit that it already looks as if I had my nails done a week ago and it's been 4 days. My thumbs are different sizes and the cuticle work it's awful. Not coming back for sure. Staff is nice but the work is not the standard I expect for paying £39.
