    These were supposed to have been my birthday nails. They were done in 15 mins. Lady didn’t even ask how short I wanted my nails to be. Nails unevenly cut and not smoothened properly and 3 coats of unevenly applied shellac that made my natural nails look horrid. Luckily I didn’t go ahead with the pedicure. Walked down to the precinct to book a proper pedicure (and manicure!) at another salon. Paid £25 for this and it is the worst I’ve had. A very rushed job as she had a regular coming in while my nails were being done. While I understand that I was a walk-in, I wish they had the basic courtesy to turn me down and not do a rushed horrible job. It’s all about the money I guess.

    Wow what can I say absolutely over the moon with my nails they did them exactly how I wanted them they were polite, and the music playing was brilliant I will definitely be coming back i also got £10 off when u spend £40 so for a full set of ombre £30 it's a deal on until the 12th april xxx

    10/10 experience. Went there today with my friend after calling for an appointment this morning. Staff were friendly, caring and made us feel very comfortable, went above and beyond.     Not a nice experience, booked an appointment and still waited half an hour. It was rather uncomfortable, not a pleasure and I am left with very sore cuticles, one is now infected! I could have done the nails better myself
