   Very disappointed with my nails today. I booked for an appointment with Hanna but when I arrived, I was with Lucy without any discussion. I asked for shorter nails than I had last time and for the shape and colour of the first photo. She studied it, and then made my nails a completely different shape. See what she made them like!!! Nails were different lengths. One nail has a chunk filed out of the side of it. They are so thick and just look like blobs of paint on the ends of my fingers and charged me £32 for this! Really not good. I will not return.

   My wife just attended the salon and she is far from pleased with their work. The guy who did her nails, could be Tom, did not initiate any conversation, he had his phone with him hidden in the drawer all the time and an earphone in. Made two of her fingers bleed, scuffed up her nails thinking she wanted shellac when she was only having nail polish applied. He used old nail polish and used something to dilute it, the nail polish was applied unevenly leaving gaps at the top of some nails and nail polish on her fingers. Plus it seems you can only pay by cash, which seems odd for a business.

   I visited here for the first time today and let’s just say I will not be returning! It was the worst and terribly awkward 45 mins ever!! Not a word was said, not once did he initiate any conversation. He rolled his eyes when I asked questions!! This is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Do not recommend!!!

   I use PN every three months, they ate experts at my nail care , Tanya,Tom and Mimi are fantastic at what they do, I never have the standard nails always wanting something different and they always give me more.i went in today only booked for infills but changed my mind and wanted nail art, and my toenails to match ...this was not a problem they were happy to oblige even though they were busy.

   The worst experience I have ever had in a nail 'Salon' I only went in for gel polish removal, thank goodness. The 'Nail Technician' was a rude, aggressive, ignorant brute of a man. I wanted to ask if he had been a 'Nail Technician' back at home in Vietnam, but I think he may have killed me. This place only takes cash, so is clearly a money laundering operation, it needs shutting down pronto. Please do NOT USE, AVOID at all costs.
