   would give zero stars if I could - do not order from them - ordered 2 x magnums of champagne for a friends birthday - they never arrived. Photos of a pair of legs in an open doorway with no parcel/boxes shown on the photograph was their proof of delivery - they could have been asking for directions - so annoyed. Companies like these should not get away with these scams.

   I have used this company several times over the last few years and have never had a problem. Indeed on my last order I changed my mind after I had placed the order on Saturday and sent an email asking for help. On Monday they removed an item as requested, adjusted my PayPal charge and delivered the wine on Tuesday. Very happy with the service.

   Been ordering from simply wines for about 5 years now and never had an issue, I was hesitant to order this year due to a lot of negative reviews but went ahead anyway as they’d never let me down before. Credit where it’s due the order came within 48hrs of ordering, however… 2 of the 5 bottles were out of date and 1 only had a couple months of shelf life left. I’ve emailed to let them know and will update this review depending on the response and resolution. Update: After emailing regarding this issue they responded very quickly and issued a refund for the 3 bottles in question which was received within 5 working days.

   Initially unsure after reading other reviews but the price was competitive so ordered. Small delay in despatch confirmation but wine arrived beautifully packed, on time and in perfect condition. Very pleased and would recommend. (La Motte Millenium 2022 - a fantastic wine)

   Labels on every different bottle in the same order were bodged. Likely didn't pass factory quality control hence discounted price. This should have been advertised. No apology, no exchange offered. Couldn't give them as gifts in the end so had to buy from another reputable retailer instead.

   No complaints about the delivery of my wines - they arrived 4 days after I placed my order. I couldn't get hold of them by phone, though - I tried when I didn't get email confirmation of my order. And they didn't respond to my email asking them to confirm receipt of my order. So top marks for delivery, if not for customer communication.

   Since ordering and having paid in November for wine for Christmas, and received an email to confirm the order, I’ve had no communication from them at all. No confirmation of order out for delivery, no response to my emails, and no one picks up the phone. They’ve taken my money, and failed to deliver their service and product. Until I hear otherwise, my assumption is this is either a completely shambolic company or a scam company. If they do end up responding, I will edit my review. EDIT: They finally responded (after my review here) to say: "We have run out of this item as it was allocated stock only from Pol Roger due to limitations imposed on us by the Brand owners - your order has been failed and your transaction voided as per our terms, we are sorry for not fulfilling your order on this occasion." This was 23 days after my order. So they're selling stock on their website that they don't actually have. Beware.

   Wine not as advertised. Sold as 2014/15 vintage; 2019 was what arrived. Delivery time reasonable but I’d have ordered the 2015 elsewhere if I’d known.

   I was very concerned having read some reviews. However, I ordered 6 bottles on Sunday with a Bank Holiday on the Monday. They arrived on Wednesday PM in the most exceptional packaging. The communication was outstanding and therefore never needed to even track my goods. Well done, I Simply will use you again.
