Had to reschedule an appointment but the website wouldn't let me cancel. Called the shop directly to let them know within cancellation period. They still charged me full price and refused to refund me after I called again to clear the situation up. Not a nice place, just looking to rip people off whenever they can, silly way to lose a long term customer really.
Matt was a true gent! He made me feel welcome by offering me a Latte, it went down splendidly. We soon got into talking and I found out that me and Matt had a LOT in common, turns out I wasn’t the only one who liked to eat out!! LOL!! Thanks for the fade dude, would definitely recommend!! See you in a couple weeks when I’ve gained a few ha ha

Had a great experience of visiting this barbers. Matt was brilliant he got me booked in under very short notice, gave me a really good fade and styled my hair, very friendly person and professional. overall a really good barbers would highly recommend!
I normally get my son's hair cut done in town but as wolf pack is literally 1 min away I thought I would save myself time but the guy could not do a simple cut even though I was told he was experienced.. it was a waste of money as the guy didn't want to chop more off as he was worried it will go wrong so now I have to waste more money and go to town, to go over a fresh but tacky cut.. not even a sorry, I'm never taking my son back here again! Just to add this was a new guy that started recently but was told he was experienced.
