Dean I take it, was extremely rude to me and told me he was closing in 4 weeks which doesn’t seem to be true. I would avoid this man at all costs he had no idea who I was and looked at me like I was dirt on the bottom of his shoe. Dean, hang your head in shame fella.
Recently moved to derby looking for a new barber. Walked into the shop, two barbers, cutting hair, both making eye contact with me but not greeted. No one else in the shop sat down and waited 20 minutes for a chair to become free for them to turn around and say it's appointment only. No sign saying appointments only or mention of it when walking in. Time wasted.
Grandson was happy with haircut from Dean. I say they need to be on time with appointments as people could have other engagements. 15.40 was still there at 17.00 and appointment was booked through booksy he wasn’t seen till 16.20. Not on
I had booked an appointment with dean especially for today however after waiting 2 hours for him he said go to a different barber not a man of his word trim wasn’t even good the other guy cut me never going again STAY AWAY
Before goin in to have a hair cut I thought it would be good place to have hair cut. I was wrong. My hair cut looked good at first but when I washed my hair the same day it isn’t good. One side is longer then other. Place it’s self it is very dirty and not hyaginic and extremely cold. There is no heating what do ever. Definitely wouldn’t return back and not recommendations from me. Shame I had to write my first ever bad review.
Always been very happy with my haircuts whether it be Ant or Byrnie who does it. Both top lads as well. The shop has a friendly environment and £10 for the quality of haircut that you got is great value in my opinion.
