   I've liked this place for years, otherwise it would be 1 star, however I had a very bad experience yesterday, the barber didn't pay any attention to what I wanted done, he properly messed up my hair, my hair line in front of my ears was about 2 cm difference. I asked for shave at the same length as hair line, hot towel and then shape up, he shaved all my beard off by accident, I was okay and friendly about it and explained that I didn't want a hot towel and shape up now. He didn't listen to me at all and tried to still give me a hot towel shape up (I ain't got a beard no more ffs) He spent more time speaking in a different language to the other barber rather than paying attention to what I wanted. I didn't end up paying for it as I was asked to go to bank for cash, why am I going to back after that service? Yes I had a free haircut but I'd prefer to pay twice as much rather than him mess my hair up. I won't be returning again

   Not at all patient with customers. Just wanted to finish off the haircut quickly even though the shop was empty. Had huge rashes on my neck after taking a beard trim. And on top of that it is not worth £20. The cut was decent though.

   Value for money. The barber showed patience during my son's hair cut. Not the best of ambience but it is exactly at the city centre.

   Been coming here for 4 years now never had a bad hair day. The guys are all welcoming and friendly the prices are some of the best in Derby. Always do top job and never nick your skin when using a straight cut razor either

   Nice Haircut Staff Very Friendly Sometimes they complicate things a little too much and forget a few spots however they do rectify upon request. They tend to judge you by your clothes a little and do like to make sure the perfectness is at the right level in their heads. The man I had was very nice and loved football, was very chatty and I said made few mistakes but rectified upon request. I would recommend reducing £11 to £10 per cut

   They are men's barber. The hair stylists at this hair saloon are pretty good. After trying a lot of shops I prefer these guys over others. They are located in center of Derby and on the main road. It's convenient to shop at Intu Derby and get a haircut cut here. They have free coffee took There are 5 stations and the service is really quick
