   Really bad hairdressing here, many of the barbers can't complete a simple fade. I have attached some photos to show you the nightmare that a barber here did to me. PLEASE take my advice and go elsewhere, they charge £30 for this too !! Ridiculous

   Firstly I never leave bad reviews however I'd of given it 0 stars if I could. Honestly the worst haircut I've had! Decided to completely shave off my temple points (which i can hope they eventually grow back), uneven cuts on the sides and ruin my hair. You couldn't pay me to go back.

   Booked via google for 1715. Arrived at 1717 precisely. Lady was extremely rude and aggressive in tone, scolded me that because I was late they would not be able to see me. I had driven 25 minutes to get there. Complete waste of my time. I understand that I was late. However, I have never been turned away from an appointment for being TWO minutes late. She told me that they have a 10 minute slot. Probably a close escape because if you’re only assigned 10 minutes the outcome would not be good. She really needs to undergo some customer service training. Extremely rude attitude. Avoid. This was the Sadler Gate store.

   Decent cut and friendly staff. Only reasons I mark down a couple of stars is it's very expensive compared to other barbers of the same quality and some members of staff I have found are overly pushy trying to sell you products, understandable as all barbers do this but from my experience they were overly pushy which I didn't like and has made me think about going again.
