   Great barbers. The team includes Rob, Phil, and Helen, and they’re all excellent at what they do. I’ve seen Rob and Phil and my little one goes to Helen. Since finding them, I’ve never looked anywhere else. You can tell they care about their work, always smooth, precise, and professional. They’re experienced and qualified, mainly working by appointment so they can give proper time to each customer. They’re busy but you can still get a slot if you book early. They even give me a discount regularly. I honestly can’t appreciate them enough.

   Have been going to the Greenroom for 3 years or so now. Have had cuts from Rob but mainly Phil. Both excellent barbers. It’s a lot better since they introduced the appointment system and they are both very punctual. This runs parallel to a lady that offers a walk-in service. Phil is always amenable, polite, professional and efficient. He has excellent rapport with me and everyone in the shop making a great atmosphere. Clean pleasant premises. Good parking and excellent prices. They are busy, which makes the appointment system an improved approach for managing the workload. The lady who offers a walk in service is also a welcome addition and the wait times are rarely excessive. Keep up the great work!

   Wife took our 2 little boys after 5PM not knowing they were not accepting walk ins. Was met with a lot of sarcastic comments for ‘ not knowing there was no walk in’ and treated disrespectfully by a male staff member in his 50s or 60s. No problem being declined, but the least he could have done was being respectful to a mum with 2 little kids.

   Used this barber multiple times over the years and never had issues. Since covid have changed from normal barbers to being effectively a women's hairdresser and require and appointment for a simple haircut. Gone are the days where you could walk in know your place In the que and wait. Refused service even though no one was waiting or having their haircut and an empty chair.
