   I’ve been a customer for over a year. For about half that time, another barber (who has since left) cut my hair and I was happy with the results. Since then, the owner has been cutting my hair — he can produce a good cut when focused, but consistency is a real issue. A few times I’ve arrived mid-afternoon while the shop was open and no one was there, even after waiting over 10 minutes. During cuts, he is often distracted on the phone, and twice my hairline was pushed back because of inattention. When he’s focused the results are solid, but overall it feels hit or miss. It would also help if a note was left on the door when the shop is closed unexpectedly, as customers are paying for parking while waiting outside.
