   The branch manager of the Eden centre outlet is excellent. But his boss came in and was rather rude and didn't say anything. I commented on his colleagues helpfulness and he just looked at me. I tried again, to no avail a just a silent stare. I found it very very odd and even told him so. Absolutely weird. I will not be returning ! It was one of the strangest retail experiences I have ever had.

   Went in today to buy a device and some other things. The lady who served us was so genuine and lovely. Very patient with us and took her time to help us with our queries! One of the best service people we have ever experienced. Honestly would recommend this shop 100% to people

   I’ve quit smoking for 3 weeks, got into vaping because going cold turkey was too much for me seeing as I’ve smoked for 25 years, my vape was working fine but stopped working all of a sudden, it was getting late into a Friday evening so went on google to try and find somebody with knowledge to help me as I was getting seriously close to buying a packet of cigarettes! The only shop that was open was this one out of a list of around 10! Called the number, friendly guy answered and asked how he could help, explained my situation and drove down there, this guy was so friendly and helpful, and explained everything I’d been trying to work out for weeks, I’d been on YouTube trying to work out a vape machine I’d bought and had watched a lot of videos but was still none the wiser, he made the whole thing so simple, parking was great (right outside the store) I don’t write reviews very often but felt like this shop DESERVES THIS REVIEW thank you for helping me tonight, if it wasn’t for you, I’d have wasted 3 weeks of quitting smoking

   I always go to Vapour House for all my eliquids, tanks and mods. I get excellent service. If something is not in stock or it's not something stocked by them, they will always make the effort of getting it in. My one stop shop for all my vapour needs and would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, very competitive on prices so you will also save money compared to others in the area.
