   After a not very nice experience in the vape shop in Princess Sq a year or 2 ago, I started coming in here. The guys are unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are so much better here! I didn't realise I was being ripped off before at the other place. They are so honest at The Vapers Cave. There has even been a situation when I brought the wrong payment card with me, and, because they knew I was a regular, gave me the vape juice I needed and said I could come back to pay another day (which I did!). CBD products are good here, too. Unless I'm unable to, I will always shop here. It's always a pleasure and they always make you feel so welcome. THE best vape shop around.

   I visited yesterday to book my son's e-scooter in for repair. The scooter was repaired very quickly at a very reasonable price. My son has additional needs and struggles when his belongings are not working. I couldn't have asked for a faster, kinder service. Would highly recommend. Thank you

   The staff are extremely experienced, therefore you can rest assured that your in good hands. They will help anyone at whatever level they are on, that is: beginners to very experienced. The store sells a large range of products including electric scooters. The servers are always very polite, friendly and patient, very professional. Highly recommend. The store is located behind the garden centre, therefore, please be mindful that the sat navigation will take you up a lane to a large house as the final but confusing destination (sat nav. & Google maps) however, you do a U-turn and then at the end of that lane you take the very next left and you will see an entrance to a garden centre (it is only about 30 metres after you take the left out of the lane and onto the main road). How to get there on foot: Once parked and on foot you go through some open gates past the aquarium and take a sharp left (there's a series of different shops) and eventually towards the end of the row of shops you will arrive at The Vapers Cave which is on the right hand side next to a designer lighting store. Prices are very very reasonable. I hope that helps...
