   The staff there are friendly and accommodating. They care about what the patients needs are. They ask about you and make conversation to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. They are honest to talk about realistic waits and expectations for your treatments so you can make an informed decision. The receptionist was patient and helpful with me as I got lost en route. She is patient and helps with your next appointment. The dental staff will make sure you can communicate discomfort while doing work on you. They make sure you are still alright periodically. They liaise with your GP so you can get help with anxiety etc if you need to to help the experience be less distressing for those who don't cope at dentists well. They explain the wait for procedures that can have sedation. The wait for referral was quite short which was brilliant and I was seen quickly. I wasn't made to feel bad for waiting several years after a terrible experience with a previous dentist. They understood that difficulty. I can only say good about this dentist. They really eased my trust back into getting people to see my teeth.

   I have been a patient for many years there, and I have had no issues woth this place, it's easy to call up and make an appointment when you need one. I have been seen quickly whe I've had some issues,even in covid times when I chipped my tooth. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and they have always made me feel comfortable when stressed. I totally recommend this practice!
