I have visited Bridge Street Dental recently for a check up followed by treatment. All of the staff were very welcoming and the clinic has a friendly atmosphere. I will have no hesitation recommending this practice to my family and friends. Dr Tony explained the procedure exactly and the treatment was pain free. A positive experience.
I needed a dentist so I decided to join Bridge St Dental - they had appointments to offer, so it made the most sense. My first appointment, I will not lie, was a lovely interaction. It seemed that my dentist was understanding, the staff seemed friendly and professional. However, after the next few appointments is where my opinion really started to change and their true colours started to show. I had damaged my 2 front teeth in a fall and also needed 2 fillings. Although the dentist that had attended to me was lovely, the dark haired assistant who appeared to have some type of work done to her face, made me feel truly uncomfortable and appeared to, notably, make fun of my concerns under her breath and laugh. This was truly unprofessional and made me feel anxious. You would think a dental practice should make you feel comfortable, at ease, however, what I felt was the complete opposite and was one of the biggest reasons I decided to leave this practice and not look back. My dentist stated that if I wanted some of my chipped teeth fixed, I would need a ‘private’ dentist, despite NHS stating that they can cover certain dental work if it’s front teeth. I was then told it would cost over £300… I then asked for an opinion of a different NHS dentist, different practice, who quoted me £35. They also stated to me that I required some cleaning and should join a ‘membership plan’ and yet my new, current dentist, mentioned to me that my teeth do not require this much cleaning and a ‘monthly service’ would be a waste of my money. I have truly never felt so nervous attending a dental practice. I cannot even call it an ‘NHS dental practice’ as they seem corrupt and are nothing but money grabbers and unprofessional.
Absolutely amazed at the first dental practice in Aberdeen to ACTUALLY care about your dental health. I had been a patient at two different dental practices and had terrible experience with both of them in the past 10 years. I am beyond relieved that Dr Lee took my dental health and concerns seriously and advised me as best as he could. He also referred me to Dr Ahsan who is absolutely incredible as well - an old root canal needed to be redone. With both doctors, I was given clear options for my treatment as well as costs involved for the treatment and alternatives. Dr Lee took care of my old fillings, taking his time to make sure my filling is correct to my dental anatomy. I am so happy I have finally found proper dentists who actually care about the health of the teeth rather than pushing for any possible treatment. I am also very thankful to the reception team. They have gotten me appointments same or next day for emergencies, always e-mail me the invoices when I ask and are helpful. They are also very kind, patient and efficient, offering you the appointments according to your availability. The reminders for appointments are super helpful too!
Avoid at all cost. This clinic is interested in getting money only and not the dental health of patients. Charged £22,000 for top set implants and treated shockingly once I paid over half upfront. Given appointments at a few hours notice in different dental surgeries and expected to drop everything and attend. Very poor service. Myself and my whole family have left this clinic and found other more reputable dentists who happen to care about dental health. Zero star rating!
Today, I and my children had our dental appointment at Bridge Street Dental, Aberdeen, and we were all attended to by Dr. Steven. I must sincerely commend Dr. Steven for his exceptional professionalism and warm approach. From the moment we enteredhis office, he made each of us feel comfortable and well cared for. His gentle handling, clear explanations, and attention to detail throughout the examination and treatment were truly impressive. He demonstrated excellent chairside manners, effective communication, and genuine concern for our comfort. My children, who are usually a bit anxious about dental visits, felt completely relaxed under his care. His patience and reassuring tone made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate the high level of professionalism, compassion, and clinical expertise he displayed. I would highly recommend Dr. Steven to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist. My experience at your clinic was awesome and this can only be attributed to the female dental practitioner who attended to me and my family. She is second to none in her conduct, professionalism, manner of approach, sense of humour and communication. She practically made my family’s dental appointments fun for us all. I will recommend your clinic a thousand times over to anyone who cares about the best when it comes to dental services.
I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist but I honestly have absolutely no complaints from Bridge Street. Receptionists are lovely and don't make you feel like your hassling them, so far after just a couple of appointments with Alishah I am relieved to have found a dentist with such patience! She is so lovely and was amazing with my little one too for his first appointment! Definitely would recommend
This Dental Clinic is quite simply the best I have attended. The staff were friendly and welcoming as was the Dentist himself who has a very patient reassuring prescence calming your nerves and putting you immediately at your ease. He provided me with all the information regarding procedures and cost. The treatment was carried out without me having any undue pain and I was extremely pleased with the results. I thoroughly recommend Bridge Street Dental Clinic.
By far the best experience I have even had at a dentist. Had alot of work done for new crowns over the past few months and do not have a single complaint. From the very first appointment with Dr. Khan I felt completely at ease and knew j was in great hands. Explained everything in great detail and went over all of my options, from most to least expensive, which made me feel money was not of concern to him. I'm am not at all frightened of the dentist but would highly recommend for someone who is. Over all great experience and extremely happy with the results.
