   Yet another shop shown on the UPS website as a drop off point when it isn't "Stopped doing that 9 months ago". Can someone do their job and get this rectified? That's rhetorical as clearly the answer is nobody who should be sorting can be bothered.

   Popped here for some bits, got home to find 1 item stale and moldy. Returned and asked for a refund, and found the worker rude, refused to accept the item was faulty and told me it was store policy to not offer a refund. Will not be shopping here and will be discouraging others from doing so also. Hope you enjoy that 2 quid

   This man is so aggressive and rude. I was only trying to collect a parcel and initially provided the wrong first name. When I attempted to help he just got more aggressive and kept shouting at me which I admittedly starting shouting back at him to just supply my parcel. I have rarely had to deal with such an aggressive person. I have previously also dealt with the lady in the store and she is very helpful and friendly. Advise anyone to not do business here.

   WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVEEEER! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! The guy in the shop was shouting at me!! I tried to send a parcel with yodel with 2 different shipping labels, he wanted to send it at one receipt to the same place, when I tried to explain that one parcel has a preprinted label, another was a vinted sale with digital latel. He printed 2 exactly same labels and told me to attach it to both parcels. I took one parcel and told him that it’s has a label already and that I’m not putting another one on top be because it will go to the wrong place he got angry, said that I caused him problems and THAT I TRIED TO STEAL APARCEL!!! I told him that it’s my till the point it’s processed. When I understood that he will not listen I told him that I change my mind and I want to send only one parcel now. He told me that he will not take any. I called to yodel customer service they advise to go to different shop. I did didn’t have a problem with the parcel with preprinted label on. When the store mem tried to scan and print another label for the parcel with digital label, It showed the error. I called yodel again they told me that parcel was collected at the store this morning, but it wasn’t. He refused and send me to another store!!! I think he deliberately done this!!!

   DO NOT buy any vapes from this shop!! Selling fakes that do not turn on and are not willing to swap out for another I’m in this shop spending money every day as I work close by and the lady knows this money grabbing cow doesn’t even have the decency to swap out for another Will not be returning

   A simple convenience store with essentials you need. There aren't many off license or small stores like this around the postcode so happy to have one which is open all 7 days. Thanks for keeping things open and helping last minute purchases beyond 5 pm and weekends.

   Posted two yodel parcels with them and obtained a receipt. Yodel tried to collect and the shop never handed it over. Shop claim they haven't got it so item is being marked as lost when it never left and yodel insist they claimed there was nothing to hand over. Will not use for postage again.

   Went to collect a parcel, male was rude and unhelpful, he got all stressed for no reason. I said he would have an early heart attack if he carried on like that, if they can't handle distribution of parcels then don't do it. Won't use again and would never buy from there. Terrible service. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere where they appreciate it. They also lie, there was no abuse in fact I was tickled to see how upset and stressed that the male was getting so wound up over simple collecting a parcel. I have reported to delivery company because of the treatment I received. AVOID.
