   We brought a kitchen and it has been a absolute nightmare. The cupboards started to bubble after 3 months and wicks blames us. The designer deliberately made mistakes to keep the cost down to lure us in. Like not purchasing the dish washer or taps and so we had to buy them later. Customer service blames us for the bubbles but many of the cupboards we had delivered had bubbles on them so they had to order more. When we mention this to the wattenty team they said there was no recorded of faulty cupboard being deluverd. They must of sent us about eight faulty cupboards. Do not buy any thing from them. Its ruin what should of been a dream kitchen. I now have to spend more money sorting the mess they have caused. 5110938474 is my order number

   Poor selection of paint, although that's normal nowadays. "Full range of colours available on line". Very helpful, I don't think!!

   Now what I like about Wickes is you actually get served by a very member of staff who recognise customer service, not by a self service till like at B&Q where staff sit around and chat whilst you do their job for them. This is not the largest Wickes but it does what you want and you can always order in if you prefer.

   Ok I have traded at wickes for years off and on, but it's always the same. Only one or two staff like working there, I ordered online for collection for the 1st time, and I was treated like an idiot because I didn't know their pin number system. Sorry, but I didn't know. There is no gratitude that customers are why they have a job. It was a missed opportunity to help a customer. In my humble opinion sales would be better if you just made customers feel welcome.
