   If anyone planing to order kitchen from Wickes Winchester then AVOID worst service ever so many issues wrong measurements items missing wrong plan name it soon they sold kitchen to you any problem they don’t know you. 28/11/2025 no one has contacted yet to solve the issue like I said they don’t care.

   99% of the staffs are rude and miserable, always pallets/ trolleys in the way in most isles so you can’t get anything you need. Been like this for years.

   Get there 6am ! Car park fills up from7am with customers .lots of wickes rules so forky takes ages to tip. Patience required

   DO NOT book a delivery from the Winchester branch. (Deliveries from the Andover branch always great.) It's taken a week to deliver two out of three items, having missed two named day deliveries. Zero communication from either Wickes or City Sprint. Edit: I reached out to customer services who had no explanation but offered a "phonecall" from the Winchester branch by 4pm on Friday. I cancelled the order. The items were showing as "in stock" all week. Edit #2: Having cancelled the missing 7 sheets of ply on the Friday morning, 6 of them then show up on the following Monday. An absolute and complete farce. Now 3-5 days for them to attempt to refund the missing sheet. I wonder if that'll turn up next week?

   Store always seems messy nowadays. Pallets of stuff everywhere & couldn’t really get down the MDF aisle. Staff didn’t seem overly interested & helpful, seem to lack knowledge these days

   Staff we're extremely helpful - the Supervisor/Manager even came off his lunch break to assist other staff members. They even helped carry out what I'd come to pick up despite pouring rain. Couldn't fault the service.
