    VERY RUDE SERVICE FROM JOSH THE STORE MANAGER THIS AFTERNOON!! EMAILED RECIEVED FROM DULUX CENTRE SOTHAMPTON SAYING THEY RECEIVED PAYMENT AND WHAT I PAID FOR. ON COLLECTION UNDER COAT IS MISSING AND SAYING I DID NOT ORDER OR PAY FOR UNDER COAT EVEN THOUGH I HAVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION FROM SOUTHAMTON DULUX CENTRE WITH UNDER COAT ORDERED AND PAID FOR. JOSH SAYING WE DID NOT SEND THE EMAIL FROM SOUTHAMPTON. REALLY?? EMAIL RECIEVED SAYS BEST REGARDS DULUX DECORATOR CENTRE SOUTHAMPTON. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST RUDE AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME!! TOLD TO COMPLAIN TO CUSTOMER SERVICES AND NOT GIVING ME THEIR NUMBER EVEN WHEN I ASKED FOR IT. SHOCKING SERVICE FROM JOSH!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!

    Friendly and helpful staff. We’ve recently found this place - we’re not trade customers, just diy ers trying to decorate our bungalow. We’ve used every type of paint from all the normal DIY places and this stuff is in a class of its own. It’s quite a bit dearer but seriously good quality, well worth the extra. The staff are all excellent, so helpful. I highly recommend this Dulux decorators centre. My thanks to the staff there.
