   This is the worse nail salon I have been too. I had Gel nails on my hand and feet the day before I went on holiday. By the second day of my holiday half of the gel on my feet had come off. The man who did my hands filed my hand nails so much that it gave a burning sensation. In less than a week 3 off my nails have broke. Not only are my nails now too thin, they are completely damaged after going to Anna Nails. Definitely would not recommend this nail salon.

   I got a manicure and pedicure today at the salon and I was advised it would take anything from 45 mins to 90 mins but I was done in 25 mins. It was the worst I’ve had, no massaging or exfoliation. On my hands she filed my nails, applied oil to cuticles and put a hand cream on and that was all. When asked if she was going to exfoliate or massage she goes for manicure they only do nails not hands. For my feet the younger looking last just wanted to go home, she didn’t massage and she put a scrub on and told me to put my feet in the water. I’ve honestly never had such an awful experience. And to top it off it said on the board £40 for both manicure and pedicure and the lady who looked like the owner said she would charge £45 because I came in later on in the evening. What is the logic in this? I’m just really dissatisfied in the service I have had, the whole time I felt awkward. Never going back here again as they don’t care about customer satisfaction, only about making fast money. You are better off going to the salons in Derbion / derby city centre.

   Excellent service and extremely kind and friendly staff. They offered to do my daughter's nails (who is 10 years old )for free. I was so touched by the gesture that I gave them an extra £5. I was really happy with my nails too and definitely I will be back.
