Excellent service from Ady and team at Tapi Derby. Bedroom carpet beautifully fitted. Fitters cleaned up afterwards, hoovered and took all the rubbish.
A really bad experience. The estimater measured he was here 7 minutes. Very very rushed. My wife had gone into the Derby store so I didn't know what carpet she had chosen. The estimater brought in the sample I knew it wasn't the carpet chosen. He said he would email the quote, that was very expensive. No quote has been received. My wife arrived home just as he was leaving & he said he had just finished. And went. He did ask me if the price was ok & I said we would go into the store. If we had gone into the store it would have been to complain about our experience. We have now booked a carpet fitting with another local company. Same quality carpet & underlay as Tapi but nearly half the price with a far better quality of service.

Very poor quality fitting. Screed came up crumbling. Had another company out who advised us the LVT they had put down was of poor quality as you can see with the pictures, uneven flooring and the screed coming up so easily. Can’t go forward with any complaint as we had ripped the flooring up prior them coming to ‘investigate’ not that I’m sure they would have done much anyway. Just a warning to not bother with Tapi (Derby branch anyway).
