   Please be aware for any returns, it’s 25% restocking fee. Some of my items did not leave the store and yet I had to pay. The items were ordered the morning before, sealed and unopened. You would think this policy would be near the till. Surely that would be the sensible thing? But no! ‘We used to have it’. Just to add to this debacle, I was charged for an item I only spoke about. A complete farce.

   Came Down. Waited for 10mins, even though No Customer at the Sales Counter. Completely Ignored me. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. On the way to a Different establishment. Apart from that did look to have a large variety of Products.

   Typical trade...direct and not forthcoming unless you know exactly what you are looking for. I'm obviously not in the trade so staff shld recognise that and be more accommodating. This cannot change if not directed from the top of the chain.
