Got my nail biab extensions done here and absolutely loved the results! The staff was friendly, professional, and very detail-oriented. The extensions looked beautiful and lasted really well. Great service and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a relaxed, cozy place to get their nails and self care done.

My waxing session was quick and easy, and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. The pedicure was relaxing, and I’m really happy with the colour (it’s perfect!). Overall, a great experience.
I had a gel manicure here and the service was great. I am super happy with my nails at the end- they turned out so pretty!! The attention to detail was amazing! Excited to book my next appointment already :)

Absolute scam! Nails were poorly done to begin with. Had to go back to fix a few nails in which the acrylic wasn’t even fully covering the nail. To make it worse after that second appointment two of the nails fell off. Knew they weren’t done correctly as there was absolutely no pain in coming off. Not satisfied at all! Updated the review to say not 12 hours after the second appointment to fix my nails and five of them have now fallen off! Not even ripped off literally just fallen off. Absolute joke
The take 10p to reserve an appointment for gel, then surprise you with one set of bad colours. They also forced me to fill my data for their commercials in a form and denied to provide service becauseI did not want to fill the form. I lost my 10 pounds. Be away!
Unfortunately, its been my worst experience in a salon ever. The lady was not competent for both waxing and doing nails but mostly nails. I booked a hollywood waxing and when she was doing behind, a professional always ask to lay down on one side to stretch fully the skin in one leg and then lay down in the other leg to stretch fully the other leg. This time, the lady just had me on one side so when she was doing the other leg it hurt a lot as leg was not fully stretched. At the end she passed me the mirror and The bikini area was full of small bits of wax, I asked for oil as I was really sticky… she noticed it and helped me covering all the area with oil. I also booked a luxury pedicure and manicure. For pedicure, the same lady started with the scrub and cream on my feet (which should be last step after doing nails), she removed the nail polish, barely file the nails (although I said I wanted them very short), got some blood when she was cutting the cuticle in one toe and she said the salon doesn’t use base coat when applying normal nail polish (which manager said is not true after). Frustating experience to see a salon is not verifying the competence of their workers or giving some trainings if they don’t know how to do the job. Won’t never recommend this salon at all. At the end I got asked consistently for the “after”photo… not sure for what as I didn’t let her put nail polish in my feet or start with my hand nails.
