   Unbelievably disappointing experience with The House! I couldn’t make it to my appointment due to an extremely stressful family emergency, I completely lost track of time and phoned to reschedule my appointment. They still took my money even though i was crying down the phone. Clearly no care for their customers. I booked a back massage as a very rare treat and now I’m £40 down for nothing! Would not recommend to anyone.

   Had the most relaxing facial today. Beautiful surroundings and a very professional team . My therapist was Chloe who was made me feel relaxed and pampered. Can’t wait to go back.

   Booked in for a full leg wax the day before going on holiday. Disappointed to find bits missed completely when I got home and no care or attention paid - the whole appointment only took 25 minutes which should have made me realise and the therapist was obviously keen to get home as I was her last appointment of the day. I emailed them photos and have had zero response so it seems that overall lack of care and attention also applies to their customer care. Won’t be using again and certainly won’t be buying any more gift vouchers or recommending them.

   I went for a nutrient facial with Morgan and omg she was the most lovely person, I felt a little nervous before attending and she melted that away easily. The room was lovely and cozy and calming and the treatment left me feeling so good, but most of all just Morgan’s presence and conversation and warmth stood out to me .

   I utilised a voucher I got for my birthday and honestly the whole place is amazing. Feels so luxurious as soon as you walk in. Chloe was who looked after me and it was such a good time. Back massage was amazing, great pressure and she was really receptive and then she did fantastic work with my lashes and eyebrows. So impressed by Chloe and the House all around. Will be back.

   Had luxury facial + firm eye treatment with Kirsty. The treatment was very relaxing and soothing. Kirsty’s very professional through the way and really knows how to pamper her clients. The place in general is very clean, high standard with luxury decorations. Best facial in Aberdeen by far. I’ll definitely be back.
