Really awful manicure! Which is a shame because the lady who did them was lovely but just a terrible manicure. Charging an obscene amount for the quality and service provided I’ve had £25 manicures that look miles better.
Monika my therapist was amazing, had the best massage and she took care of me from start to finish. She also did my gel manicure and pedicure and did a great job.
The therapist at Pure Spa was amazing very friendly and kind. The music was relaxing and stress free. Pure spa is a lovely clean place and would highly recommend anyone who would like to pamper themselves to visit. Go on and spoil yourself you won’t regret it you’ll go back for more. Would highly recommend.
We were very disappointed with the deep tissue message we had here as it felt more like a light rub. We sent a feedback/complaint by email and the spa never got back to us.

Marina was professional, friendly and knowledgable. She created an atmosphere of relaxation and no sense of being rushed. She was interested in problematic areas that she could work on during the treatment and the massage itself was excellent. Overall a very positive and relaxing experience compared to others I have had. I have recommended to a friend.
Although it just looks like a door on the street, downstairs is a lovely spa with wonderful, helpful staff who are very accommodating and friendly. The gel manicure and massage I received were both excellent and used the full time, never feeling rushed. Would definitely recommend.
I was given a voucher for a present and I asked my friend to join me. We were given a very warm and humorous reception when we arrived, this made us very relaxed in its self. Both of us had a facial and a hot stone massage, which was incredible. Both of us felt our therapy’s listened very well to both of our needs, payed particular attention in our treatment and also what was recommended to us for our own requirements. We couldn’t fault anything. We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending the Cults spa to others.
